About Us

Hi! I am Sam and I am super passionate about both gardening and cooking - especially with hot food! I live in Southern Taranaki (New Zealand) with my 2 cats and 5 chickens and an ever growing veggie garden and greenhouse. 

Inspired by watching "The Good Life" as a kid, I try to grow as much of my own food as I can and love sharing my produce with people so they can also experience the joy of cooking with raw ingredients that have been grown with love. 

I specialise in growing chillies and peppers that you can't find in your grocery (or even speciality) store and I love having a wide range of produce to choose from when it comes to cooking a meal. While not all of the chillies I grow are available year around just yet, I am working towards this goal and being able to supply you every day with a wide range of delicious chillies and peppers. 

FYAH chillies is starting out with what is fresh and ripe at the moment and will continue to always focus on the very best fruit you can buy - we will expand into selling seeds from our own crop and kits to grow your own!
